Healthy Minds, Happy Kids provides professional development presentations and workshops for schools, preschools and community organisations working with children.

Topics Available
- Understanding the Disabilities Act in terms of schooling and meeting individual student’s needs
- Developing individual learning plans for students in preschool or school
- Working collaboratively with families of children with additional needs
- Psychological Disorders/Concerns in the following areas:
- Social/Emotional: anxiety, depression and/or bullying
- Developmental: global intellectual delay, Aspergers Syndrome and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Learning: maths disorders and/or reading disorders (otherwise known as Dyslexia)
- Behavioural: Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder and/or Oppositional Defiant Disorder
Duration
The length of the workshop can vary from a minimum of 1 hour to a maximum of 3 hours, depending on your organisation’s specifications.
Location
Can travel to any organisation in the Sydney Metropolitan area

- Access to a power point
- Access to a projector and a screen
- Access to a small table/desk
